I have over 43 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, and I am confident that I can provide valuable advice. In particular, during my 24 years of working overseas, I have been involved in training local management personnel at various suppliers, helping them develop their skills.

The dynamics on the shop floor can change significantly based on the mindset of top management and how management is conducted. While there are limits to what I can achieve on my own, I am committed to fully utilizing my extensive experience, knowledge, and expertise to meet your expectations.
